2024 Award Eligible Work

Hello everyone!

This is my award eligibility post for the work I did in 2024. It encompasses everything I do: fiction, non-fiction, game design, voice acting and podcasting. Last year was very hard and I’m very proud of the work I was able to get done across all the various fields I work in. It’s a lot, and it’s a lot to keep track of. So this year we’ve produced this graphic to help you do just that.

The Full Lid is a free weekly newsletter that centers creativity from the margins, bringing positivity and pop culture enthusiasm to inboxes at the end of the working week. Alongside articles, essays and reviews, we Signal Boost community projects and crowdfunding efforts, as well as curate interstitials of visual media.

In 2024, TFL included reviews, essays, and articles covering audio dramas, novels and books, comics, indie and AAA video games, indie and mainstream movies, podcasts, television shows, current events, and community and fandom events. The second half of the year was dominated by us dealing with a familial bereavement and we want to especially thank Kit Power, Jim McLeod, Margaret Dunlap, Sarah Gailey, and Jamie Woodcock of Andor Analyzed for their support.
