A bell is rung by a man in a coat. It’s a pleasant summer evening and we watch as he walks through the small town he lives in. We see him encourage kids to head home, see the local diner usher its only customers out. See his deputy flirt with the his father’s carer. We watch as she explains, we suspect once again, to her elderly patient why have to spend the night in the basement.
