Parts Unknown, now back on Netflix, is one of the best TV shows ever made. Seriously. If you want a travelog show that’s actually about something this is it. You want a food show? Boy is this it. You want an unflinchingly honest look at a man trying to work out what he’s for? This is It. It is undeniably Something Good, and this, host Anthony Bourdain’s ode to Waffle House, is one of it’s finest moments. Thanks to Ewa for the find, Erick for the link and Chef Bourdain for the lifetime of work.
#AnthonyBourdain passed away two years ago today.
I always enjoyed watching his perfect description of Waffle House.pic.twitter.com/lWdtoVQZ0W
