Welcome to Something Good, your twice weekly dose of non-horror on the internet. I think The Stanley Parable may be my all time favorite video game. It’s a walking simulator, a rolling stand up comedy routine, an anarchy simulator, a deeply moving story about personal choice, a museum, a black comedy, a horror story, a science fiction story and an extended love letter to wry English narrators.
It also takes about an hour to play and is free for the next few days for PC users. There’s a console remake on the way but for now it’s PC only. Or, a surprisingly fun YouTube watch. And definitely Something Good.
